Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under applicable consumer law. Some sealed goods may be excluded once unsealed for hygiene or safety reasons where the law allows.
How to return
Email sales@eurlclimateenergysolutions.com with your order number before returning items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, unless the return is for a defect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping costs for returns of non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
Defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under warranty and EU consumer rules.
